These terms govern your access to and use of Zenva AI. Please read them before using the service.
By installing the Zenva AI Chrome extension, creating an account, or using any part of the service at zenvaai.xyz, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the extension and stop using the service.
Zenva AI is a Chrome browser extension that provides the following features:
Context-aware AI that understands any web page you visit.
AI-powered form completion using your saved profile.
Real-time transcription and AI-generated meeting summaries.
Live AI guidance based on what's on your screen.
Upload documents the AI can reference in responses.
Custom notes the AI remembers across every session.
Features and limits may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenva AI.
You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification before accessing all features.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits. Violations will result in suspension.
Zenva AI runs on a credit balance, not recurring subscription billing. You top up your balance in one-off purchases; each AI request deducts a small amount based on the work it does. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Prices are displayed in USD equivalent and charged in NGN through the payment gateway. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice; any credit you already hold is unaffected.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the service, credit top-ups are non-refundable once completed. If a technical fault on our side prevents use, contact support within 7 days.
Coupon codes, where available, are subject to their individual terms (expiry, usage limit, one per account). Each successful referral — a person who signs up with your code and completes their first credit purchase — grants you $1.00 in bonus credit, once per referral. Non-transferable, no cash value.
New accounts receive a small free credit grant on signup. To prevent abuse of this grant, we limit how many accounts can be created from the same device (browser install), and may deny or reclaim free credit associated with accounts created to circumvent this limit.
New accounts receive $0.50 in free credit automatically on signup — enough to try any feature. This is a one-time grant, not a recurring daily or monthly allowance. Once it's used, top up to continue. We may adjust the free-credit amount with reasonable notice. Creating multiple accounts to farm additional free credit is a violation of these Terms (see Accounts & Registration above) and will result in suspension.
You agree not to use Zenva AI to:
Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content.
Bypass or circumvent any website's security, terms, or access controls.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites at scale.
Produce spam, phishing content, or material designed to deceive.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or API.
Zenva AI uses Anthropic's Claude — an AI with a training knowledge cutoff that can produce factual errors on recent events.
Autofill suggestions are AI-generated — always review all fields before submitting a form.
Meeting transcriptions may contain errors, especially with accents, technical jargon, or overlapping speakers.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI output. Use professional advice for important matters.
The Zenva AI extension, website, branding, logo, and all related software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
AI responses generated for you are provided for your personal use. We make no ownership claim over the final content you create using the AI.
You retain full ownership of content you upload (documents, memory entries). By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days (except legally required payment records).
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of AI responses, or compatibility with all websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Nigerian courts, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
